Strategy
Andreas Tenkmann managed the change process as Director HR Germany. In this capacity he was responsible for:
- Standardization of training & development paths
- Training of all operative managers in behavior-based interview techniques
- Change in people’s attitudes: recognizing and promoting talent is an everyday task, pride in one’s own talents a success factor
- Standardized review meetings to identify successors and visualize personnel requirements
- Implementation of assessments (career days, online tools) to “consciously” identify and promote talents
- Monitoring of special programs to change gender distribution.
Result
Today, thanks to talented management, the growth of the company is secure and almost 100 percent of leadership roles are filled with well-prepared candidates.
